Profile
Get to know us through JJ’s journey - one that blends strategy, leadership, culture, and mindfulness.
Helping People Reconnect with Themselves to Lead with Purpose and Joy.
JJ brings over 20 years of experience leading complex, cross-cultural leadership and integration-driven programs across Asia and Europe. Her career began at LG in South Korea, designing people-centred IT systems that improved performance and morale. She then helped establish Mobius Executive Leadership’s presence in London and Geneva, delivering transformative leadership and program initiatives at senior levels.
With an MSc in Project Management from the University of Manchester - where she earned recognition for the best dissertation performance in the IT component - and certifications in PRINCE2 and CMI, JJ combines rigorous technical and program discipline with deep human insight.
As an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), she brings professional coaching standards to her practice, helping leaders and professionals unlock potential, build resilience, and align with their inner compass. She integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and positive psychology to help clients thrive in VUCA environments.
JJ believes strongly in acting as a cultural bridge - supporting Westerners in Asia, Asians in the West, and global teams in diverse contexts. She helps people find clarity, courage, and conscious choice in complexity, while fostering alignment, authenticity, and sustainable impact.
Outside her professional life, her creative practices in Korean calligraphy, modern jazz dance, and photography reflect her belief in embodied leadership. Now based just outside London, JJ dedicates herself to empowering organisations and individuals to lead with presence, values, and resilience.
